EPCOR’s People & Culture team is excited to welcome an experienced Disability Management Consultant (DMC) into a Full-Time Permanent role based in Edmonton, AB. This opportunity is well-suited to a disability management professional who brings strong judgment, clear communication, and experience navigating complex cases within a unionized environment.

As the Disability Management Consultant, you’ll actively manage nonoccupational short-term disability cases using a collaborative, evidence-based and employee-centered approach that meets individual health needs. You will adjudicate claims using the parameters of the self-insured disability plan. You will work within established policies, collective agreements, and best practices to assess needs, plan supports, and guide employees and leaders through the disability and return to work process.
