Disability & Occupational Testing Specialist

Overview

Our Human Resources group is currently looking to add a Disability & Occupational Testing Specialist to our team, based in Edmonton, AB. Reporting to the Manager, Disability & Benefits, we are seeking a highly organized and compassionate professional who has demonstrated expertise in workers' compensation case management, drug and alcohol testing coordination, substance abuse assessments, and non-occupational injury support. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the Canadian WCB systems, a proactive approach to employee wellness, and the ability to manage sensitive cases with discretion and care.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of injured worker claims from initial report through to resolution
• Assess eligibility for benefits under the Workers' Compensation Act
