Job Description
The CAF LTD and SISIP Life team is seeking a collaborative, customer focused leader to join us as a Disability Specialist – CAF LTD. Reporting to the Associate Manager, you will support effective disability management practices and help guide the team’s daily operations.
Our team works closely with Canadian Armed Forces veterans who have been medically released, many of whom have complex medical needs. We are dedicated to helping them navigate their transition to civilian life, including potential return to work opportunities.
In this role, you will support Case Managers across Canada by providing technical expertise, workflow coordination, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and timely, fair claim resolution. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those who have served our country.
