Cerebral Palsy Alliance have multiple group homes across the Northern Beaches and are actively recruiting various positions. These roles are Permanent Part Time with hours ranging from 20-38 hours per week. Apply now and let's organise a time to speak!

The Role:

We are looking for passionate individuals who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment.

  • Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.

  • Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.

  • Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars and community access.

  • Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.

  • Attractive hourly rate, starting at $34.59 + Super + Penalty Rates

  • Detailed and comprehensive training - your first 6 months includes a detailed learning and development journey

    • Requirements:

  • Accepting all levels of experience (or no experience), our training schedule will support you through your journey at CPA
