  • Get Readii Group is seeking passionate, reliable, and person-centred Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will empower NDIS participants to live more independently by supporting them with daily living tasks, community access, personal care, and meaningful social engagement.

    Whether you're supporting someone in their home or out in the community, your work will have a direct impact on improving lives.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Providing support with personal care, hygiene, and daily routines

    • Supporting participants in the community (appointments, social activities, shopping, etc.)

    • Encouraging independent living skills and capacity building

    • Implementing behaviour support strategies where required

    • Accurate record-keeping and communication with our team

    • Working within participant plans and goals under the NDIS framework

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities

    • Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or working toward one

    • Experience in mental health or complex support needs (desirable)

    • Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature

    • Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening

    • Current First Aid & CPR

    • QLD Driver’s Licence + reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

    • Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends, evenings)
