About the role

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily personal care such as bathing, shaving and toileting while maintaining dignity, safety, and respect


• Provide medication assistance and safe mobility assistance by lifting, transferring and hoisting clients


• Work across a 24/7 roster, including leave cover and active overnight shifts as needed


• Support clients to engage in their passions - like music, karaoke, and singing - to foster joy and connection
