About the Role
In this casual position, you will support individuals with a disability in a friendly Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, helping them live independently and achieve their personal goals. From assisting with daily routines to providing encouragement and companionship, every shift is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. Flexible shifts available, including sleepovers, weekends, and split shifts — perfect for balancing work with your lifestyle.
Depending on your skills, interests, and availability, additional opportunities may be available across our other services — including In Home Support, Community Access, Youth Programs, and Day Programs.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist with personal care, housekeeping, and daily living tasks
• Support mealtime routines and dietary needs, including PEG feeding
• Administer medication in line with care plans and training
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including hoisting
• Provide emotional support and meaningful companionship
• Supporting community access services
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
What We’re Looking For
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
• Experience within disability support or a similar care role
• Someone reliable, empathetic, and aligned with person-centred care
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleepovers and weekends
• Experience or knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) (highly regarded)

Essential Requirements
• Current Driver’s Licence (P2 or open)
• Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
• QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
