Disability Support Worker (Multiple Positions)

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care and support in line with each client’s goals.
  • Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility support.
  • Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication administration.
  • Support clients with community involvement and social activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of support provided.
  • Ensure adherence to NDIS policies and person-centered care principles.

Employment Status

Full-time, Casual

Educational Requirements

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field.

Skills and Certifications

  • Strong understanding of NDIS and person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid Australian driver’s license and reliable transport.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Manual handling training (preferred).

1 to 3 years

Salary

$65,000 – $75,000 per year depending on experience.
