About the roles

Provide active support to people with Disability in Mackay across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Lifestyle settings. The people you will support are looking for passionate support workers who are proactive in providing active support to them in their day-to-day living.

As a Part time employee joining our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team you will support people with disability in shared housing or in their own home providing various supports including personal care and daily living. You can expect to work across a 24 / 7 roster including weekends and sleep overs.

Shifts are also available in our Lifestyles program where you will provide one‑on‑one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community with travel between clients and working short split shifts required.
