About the Role

We are seeking female Aboriginal Support Worker(s) to join our team and support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants to live meaningful self-directed lives within their community. The preference for female workers is due to the request of culturally appropriate services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander female participants.

This role is about more than providing support; it is about building respectful relationships, understanding cultural identity and supporting participants in ways that honour their values, family and community connections.
