Disability Support Worker

Care & Venture Disability Support Services is a small, well-established disability support provider delivering high-quality, NDIS-aligned support to individuals and families across the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula. Our services are person-centred and delivered within a strong, professional governance framework.

We are currently seeking an experienced and values-driven Disability Support Worker to join us as an Independent Contractor, primarily supporting participants in Aldinga and the Fleurieu Peninsula during weekdays (Monday to Friday).

The Role

Supports are tailored to each participant and delivered in line with individual support plans and risk assessments. Supports may include:

• In-home support and daily living assistance
• Community access and social participation
• Support with routines, confidence-building, and independence
