Overview:

• Part-time – 4 days per week
• Fixed Term position until December 2026
• Salary HEW 7 Pro rata + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
• Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University

About The Position

The Disability Transition Officer supports students with disabilities transitioning from secondary education into vocational education at RMIT, providing intensive support during the first 90 days of enrolment, including developing equitable learning plans where required. Working within the Student Equity team in the Students Group and closely with the Equitable Learning and Accessibility team, the role collaborates with students, staff, and secondary schools to promote effective transition practices across the Victorian TAFE network.
