Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – #Discover I 2026/2027 – starting 2 March 2026 and ending 26 February. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in a professional career in the aeronautical sector. The selection process will run from October 2025 to February 2026.

The internship combines a Master programme with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in a field related to your degree. You will study a Master organised in three training blocks and undertake an 11‑month full‑time (40 h / week) internship, receiving an attractive study grant.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate AI in A400M MRO Manufacturing Engineering processes.
  • Develop AI‑driven ways of working.
  • Learn to manage an innovation project in a global company.
Requirements
  • Basic coding skills (e.g. Python, HTML).
  • Degree in Computer Science.
  • Level B2 in Spanish and English.
  • General knowledge in AI, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data analytics.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Team spirit and strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in complex and international environments.
