The Kitchen Steward position is a vital role that supports the daily operations of our kitchen. This essential team member ensures the efficient cleaning and organization of serving ware, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained throughout each shift
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in both dish stations
  • Dispose of trash and recycling as scheduled or when necessary during service
