Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dish machines or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
• Restock clean dishes and utensils to appropriate kitchen stations.
• Empty and sanitize garbage, compost, and recycling bins regularly.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces as needed.
• Monitor soap and sanitizer levels in the dishwasher and notify the supervisor when low.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
