JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, washes dishes, utensils and cookware; assists with food preparation as directed; cleans kitchen surfaces, floors and food storage area; disposes of garbage and refuse; and performs other duties as required.

Wash all dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware and related food preparation/serving items and equipment by following approved sanitation and safety guidelines, including operate commercial dishwasher; inspect, dry and store all cleaned items and equipment properly to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.
Peel, core, chop, clean and otherwise ready foodstuffs and ingredients for cooking, as instructed by the sous chef, in order to enhance timely meal preparation and advance excellent guest service.
