Job Description

  • Manage daily case dispatching and assign tasks to engineers.
  • Ensure timely updates on engineers ticket statuses and facilitate ticket closures within the ticketing system.
  • Provide end-to-end mission control over all reported cases, ensuring proper ticket closure and strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Prepare and deliver Standard Business Reports (SBRs); submit CSIF requests when necessary.
  • Gather project requirements and updates from delivery stakeholders and maintain the Microsoft Project Plan accordingly.
  • Collate completed User Acceptance Test (UAT) and milestone sign-off documents.
  • Collect feedback from end-users where applicable and collaborate with company's ADM and Team Leads to identify areas for improvement.
