An opportunity has arisen for a Dispatch Administrator (L4 ) - Support Inventory / PDSL to join our team in Burnfoot. This role provides key administrative and analytical support across dispatch, planning, production, and logistics functions, with a strong focus on service level performance, reporting, and schedule adherence. The role is ideally suited to a detail-driven individual with strong coordination and reporting skills who is looking to progress within a supply chain / logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Track, review, and understand Promise Date Service Level (PDSL) KPIs. Compile and maintain reports using internal analysis and reporting tools. Support identification and escalation of schedule adherence issues across planning, production, and logistics. Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely approvals and accurate documentation.
