Dispatch Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless movement of goods, from initial pickup to final terminal delivery. You will manage the intersection of carrier coordination, precise documentation, and elite client service within a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Fleet Coordination: Orchestrate truck requests and schedule pickups to ensure maximum efficiency in cargo movement.
• End-to-End Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of orders, ensuring they are collected and delivered to the warehouse and terminal with 100% accuracy.
• Documentation & Compliance: Execute precise data entry and processing within My Cartage System, ensuring all logistics documentation is distributed according to international standards.
