Job Title: Dispatch and Parts Coordinator

Location: Oceanside

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Range: $22 – $28/hour

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Bilingual Preferred: English/Spanish

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and highly organized Dispatch and Parts Coordinator to join a growing operations team. This role plays a critical part in keeping field operations and parts logistics running efficiently. You’ll serve as the central link between customers, vendors, field technicians, and office staff—managing urgent service requests and parts sourcing with urgency and professionalism.

After hire, this position will participate in an on-call emergency rotation for after-hours dispatch support.
