Dispatch Clerk

We are looking for an organised and proactive Despatch Clerk to join our warehouse team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the despatch office, coordinating distribution activities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Distribution Coordination

• Coordinate daily distribution and delivery runs
• Answer incoming calls and follow up on customer enquiries
• Ensure warehouse documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained
• Complete all warehouse administration tasks efficiently
• Distribute and file paperwork
• Liaise with carriers regarding loads and pick ups
