As we expand, we are growing our Dispatch Department and looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to help manage and optimize daily operations.
Position Overview The Dispatch Coordinator plays a mission-critical role in ensuring technicians are routed efficiently, customers receive accurate updates, and same-day/next-day scheduling runs smoothly.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, problem- solving, and multi-city coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate, and optimize routes for technicians across multiple cities.
Required Skills & Experience • 1–3 years dispatching or scheduling experience (auto glass preferred) • Strong knowledge of routing and geographic optimization • Ability to manage multiple technicians across multiple cities • Excellent communication and organizational skills • CRM and mapping tool experience Preferred Qualifications • Auto glass dispatch experience • Knowledge of NAGS and warehouse processes • Experience in home-service industries • Bilingual is a plus What We Offer • Full-time remote position • Supportive leadership and training • Growth opportunities • Fast-paced national company How to Apply Submit your application through JazzHR.
