Dispatch Coordinator

Join our Sydney team as a full-time Dispatch Coordinator . This role involves processing outbound orders, preparing freight for transport, and creating daily schedules for drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan and dispatch freight
• Stack and wrap pallets and perform warehouse duties as required
• Create air and road consignment notes (using both computer and manual systems)
• Lodge and collect freight at air and sea terminals
• Load and unload delivery vehicles and complete deliveries occasionally
• Collaborate with management to modify daily routes based on customer needs
• Prepare daily work schedules and notify drivers of road hazards
• Monitor driver logs for errors, violations, working hours, and equipment availability
• Process export and import shipments
