Dispatch Coordinator（base JB or KL)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor frontline engineers to submit on-site information and checklists according to specifications.
• Monitor the work order system's dispatch, scheduling, updating on-site information, returning spare parts, and order acceptance operations.
• Coordinate spare parts with the warehouse and synchronize work order progress with customers.
• Assist in completing reports and summary reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above from a nationally recognized university, major not limited.
• Proficient in using office software.
• Some data analysis experience, experience in business data analysis at a large company is preferred.
• Able to use Mandarin and English as working languages, with good oral communication skills.
• Experience in BPO-related work, familiarity with process-oriented work is preferred.
