Job  Purpose:

To manage and oversee dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods, proper documentation, billing, and system entries.
The role also involves coordinating with transporters, warehouse staff, and customers, while maintaining records in Tally and preparing ASN (Advance Shipping Notice).

Key  Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and monitor daily dispatch activities to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and ASN.
Coordinate with the billing/accounts team to generate invoices in Tally and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Ensure proper stock management and reconciliation with dispatch records.
