Role Summary
To oversee the end‑to‑end outbound logistics operations of the cement plant, ensuring the timely and cost‑effective delivery of bulk and bagged cement. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing transporter relations, optimizing fleet utilization, and integrating packing plant operations with sales demand, all while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Operations- Develop and execute daily dispatch plans based on sales orders and production availability (Bagged vs. Bulk).
- Coordinate closely with the Packing Plant and Production teams to ensure stock availability meets market demand.
- Monitor and reduce Turnaround Time (TAT) for trucks inside the plant to maximize throughput.
- Oversee Weighbridge operations to ensure 100% accuracy in invoicing and weight compliance.
