Transdev in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Dispatch Manager. Our Dispatching Manager ensures the Dispatch team fills all the routes and provides Operators with timely instructions and responses. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional dispatching skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service to both paratransit passengers and the company's contracted driver workforce. Qualified applicants with relevant dispatching experience, strong customer service competencies, and the capacity to manage a team of dispatchers while ensuring efficient paratransit services are highly encouraged to apply.
