Dispatch Manager - Malton
Salary: £32,000–£35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am– + 1 in 4 Sundays, 9am–1pm

A growing e-commerce business in Malton is looking for a hands-on Dispatch Manager to join the team. After recently consolidating their operations under one roof, the focus is on improving efficiency and supporting ongoing growth.

The role:

Manage the dispatch team, including shift planning, training, and performance

Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time

Implement and monitor KPIs (pick accuracy, dispatch lead time, stock accuracy)

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse in line with H&S regulations

Develop efficient systems for stock management to reduce errors and shortages

Liaise with couriers, hauliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
