Dispatch Shift Team Leader

Being part of the Roadside Services team is about supporting and motivating frontline people while developing the skills needed to step into a Team Leader role. This position focuses on energy, creativity, anda strong desireto grow, contributing to team performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement across roadside operations.
 

What will you be doing?

This diverse role reports to the Dispatch Manager and is responsible for delivering member service through efficient utilisation of Roadside resources and managing the Member relationship throughout their breakdown experience. 

You will utilise your strong leadership skills to ensure your team is engaged and empowered to deliver a successful business outcome.
