Dispatch Superintendent

Vicuña is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Dispatch Superintendent to support the Mining and Technical teams as we construct, develop and operate a large Greenfields open pit Copper project. This role will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the Fleet Management Systems, building a high-performing team, and ensuring that the Fleet management system is ready to support large scale mining production. This role is responsible for overseeing the real-time coordination and optimization of mobile equipment and personnel across the mine site. This role ensures efficient execution of the mine plan, supports production targets, and maintains safety through centralized communication and dispatch systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a Fleet management system for the initial bulk earthworks and then the subsequent ramp up of mining operations.
Lead the daily dispatching of haul trucks, loaders, drills, and auxiliary equipment.
