DispatcherTransdev in Hamden CT is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.Non-CBA Position: 
  • $26.00 to $28.00 hr.

  • Ensure the dispatching boards are correct and keep them updated.
  • Assign trips as necessary to minimize deadhead miles/time and maximize efficiency while ensuring timely pickups.
  • View and edit trips, using correct vehicles and drivers.
  • Be able to geographically locate drives at all times.
