PART 2 EXTERNAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Servco is looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to join our team! This position will ensure a smooth flow of work to our auto technicians in accordance to their abilities, monitor timely completion of work, and ensure that each item on the repair order has been thoroughly completed.

  • Input repair orders into the system and assign work orders to technicians based on their skill level and certification
  • Monitor technician’s work hours on each work order and determine if technician needs assistance in diagnosing repair of the car
