Position Summary Information

Summary Serves as the Dispatcher for Aviation Science, collaborating closely with the Director of Flight Operations, Chief Flight Instructor, and Director of Maintenance. Ensures the smooth execution of daily Flight Operations by managing Talon ETA, including creating and adjusting day-to-day schedules. Also provides administrative support to maintain the overall efficiency of the Aviation Science Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.1. Coordinate and dispatch aircraft, simulators, Flight Instructors, and students to ensure efficient and successful daily operations.2. Communicate effectively between Flight Operations and Maintenance to support accurate and timely aircraft scheduling.3.
