• Reporting into the Manager Transport or Manager Dispatch.

• Creating schedules to manage the service delivery of catering by Drivers and Loaders and performance manage teams to ensure maximum efficiency.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Interfaces with the Customers’ schedules and airport information in real time, optimizing the allocation of workloads to the Drivers / Loaders in accordance with these requirements, safely meeting on time performance Circulates the above requirements throughout the organization as required. Highlights to the management team issues relating to customer schedule adherence, airside health and safety incidents and or resource allocations.
