Position Summary

The Linehaul (Highway) Dispatcher is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring long-haul transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries. This key role serves as the primary point of contact between drivers, city dispatchers, internal teams, customers, and external partners. The incumbent plays a critical role in route optimization, managing operational disruptions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, while contributing to the overall performance and productivity of the fleet.
