Job description

As a Dispatch Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing package delivery routes and ensuring efficient operations. This includes real-time monitoring, performance management, and driver support to maintain high service standards and cost-effectiveness.

Essential Functions:

• Real-Time Monitoring & Reporting: Provide live oversight of routes, tracking driver progress, stops, and delivery statuses. Generate hourly reports on long gaps, breaks, undeliverable packages, unknown stops, return-to-station events, and route delays.
• Performance and Overtime Control: Issue real-time alerts to identify and reduce unnecessary or unreported overtime, assisting DSP owners in managing labor costs effectively.
