Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM EST

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for reviewing completed jobs from the previous day, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and managing the process of closing out technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and prior experience with ServiceTitan software is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review previous days completed jobs for accuracy and completeness.

• Process and close out technician work orders in a timely manner.

• Verify documentation and job details to ensure compliance with company standards.
