Tasks
Contact carriers to follow up on pick-ups and deliveries throughout the day. Update order status in the system as events occur. Communicate any issues or potential delays to the team promptly. Book pickup and delivery appointments and record them accurately. Enter customer orders quickly and accurately into the system. Send load confirmations to carriers when required. Maintain a working knowledge of customer requirements. Produce reports for customers as needed. Answer calls and book orders when necessary. Assist with sending rate requests when required. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and carriers. Share customer or carrier concerns with relevant internal teams. Perform any others related tasks.
