Job Description

As a Dispatcher your responsibilities are:


  • Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Monitor and manage logistics operations to optimize efficiency.

  • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and company policies.

  • Resolve any issues or disruptions in the logistics process proactively.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities.

  • Support in the planning and optimization of routes and schedules.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.


A successful Dispatcher should have:


  • Experience in the Transport & Distribution industry or logistics sector.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
