Job Description
As a Dispatcher your responsibilities are:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and manage logistics operations to optimize efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and company policies.
- Resolve any issues or disruptions in the logistics process proactively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities.
- Support in the planning and optimization of routes and schedules.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
A successful Dispatcher should have:
- Experience in the Transport & Distribution industry or logistics sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
