Loyal Lead Solutions has been connecting **locksmiths** to customers all over the nation for **over a decade**. Our customer service representatives communicate with both customers and techs, to ensure the highest quality service. And we would love for you to join our team!
We are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English call center agent to assist with answering customer phone calls.
**Job qualifications**:
- High school graduate
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Reading comprehension
- Typing proficiency
- Punctual and dependable
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work between 6 AM and 10 PM Pacific Time, 5 to 6 days a week, 8 hours shift, shift may be vary.
