Overview

The Disputes Junior Analyst supports PayMongo’s dispute operations by executing daily casework, ensuring accurate and timely submissions within card network timelines, and maintaining high-quality merchant communications and documentation. This role is designed for early-career candidates and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, operationally disciplined, and comfortable working with structured processes and deadlines.

The role sits within Fraud & Risk Operations and partners closely with Customer Support, Compliance, and Product/Engineering to reduce dispute losses, improve cycle times, and strengthen operational controls.
