This role is responsible for managing payment disputes, monitoring and responding to online reviews, handling social media inquiries, processing refunds, reviewing system-related issues, and identifying potential fraudulent activities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a secure, responsive, and high-quality customer experience across multiple platforms.
