Hotel Leader Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of hotel operations, including recruitment and training, budgeting and financial planning, marketing strategy implementation, staff motivation and retention. The leader must develop effective business plans to ensure a profitable launch.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Hospitality or related field with at least 5 years experience as General Manager or Senior Management roles within hospitality industry;
- Excellent communication skills both written an oral;
- Leadership abilities with focus on teamwork development;
- Able to drive change while ensuring cultural compliance.
