**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE – MATERIAL HANDLER**
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES** **:**
The material handler position primarily consists of operating a vehicle to transport material between warehouses and/or the manufacturing facility. Material handler will also assist in loading and unloading trucks, transferring reels to the cut lines, and otherwise moving material throughout the shipping and receiving department. Person will have a valid driver’s licences and excellent driving record. Person will also have excellent forklift driving skills and display good organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities listed below cover some of the significant duties performed, but do not exclude other occasional work assignments not mentioned.
+ Safely operates company owned/leased truck to shuttle material between facilities.
+ Loads and unloads product using pallet jack or forklift.
