The gig
As a DC Team Lead you will oversee the day to day running of your assigned department, that could be in inbound, outbound or inventory.
You will inspire the team to deliver efficient workflows, smashing targets and KPIs creating a world class experience for our community.
The role is a full-time position, working 5 days/week across Monday - Friday.
The day to day
- Lead and provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team that ensures their success and professional growth.
- Manage the allocation of tasks to team members, ensuring that all operational activities are executed efficiently and accurately.
