Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $15.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role serves as a key liaison between our warehouse operations and our clients, ensuring that all communication regarding merchandise arrival, discrepancies, and invoicingis handled promptly and professionally.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication:Notify clients when their merchandise arrives at the warehouse.Provide timely updates regarding the status of shipments.Follow up with clients to resolve any concerns or outstanding matters related to their orders.
  • Invoicing & Quoting:Ensure all billing is accurate and in line with client expectations and inventory received.
  • Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all communication with clients regarding their inventory.Report any inconsistencies, damages, or inventory issues to warehouse management.
  • Warehouse Coordination:Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure that client orders are processed correctly.Assist in checking merchandise against packing lists or invoices to verify accuracy.Ensure all client-specific requirements are communicated to the warehouse floor when handling items.
  • Additional Warehouse Support Duties (General Overview):
  • Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Organizing merchandise for client pickups or deliveries.
  • Assisting in inventory tracking and management.
  • Supporting shipping and receiving activities as needed.
  • Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, quoting, and order management systems.
  • Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
