- Develop, implement and deliver programs for career pathing for Bancassurance
- Learning and Development
- Identify, design, and deliver learning aligned with AXA’s strategy to provide developmental opportunities at all levels
- Apply learning and development industry best practices to develop performance based curriculum
- Create and leverage relationships with colleagues, executives and key internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve complex learning and development challenges and concerns
