Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Talent Management
    • Develop and manage a robust talent identification and succession planning process
    • Develop, implement, and maintain a structured development program for Financial Executives to Managers
    • Develop, implement and deliver programs for career pathing for Bancassurance
  2. Learning and Development
    • Identify, design, and deliver learning aligned with AXA’s strategy to provide developmental opportunities at all levels
    • Apply learning and development industry best practices to develop performance based curriculum
    • Create and leverage relationships with colleagues, executives and key internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve complex learning and development challenges and concerns
    • Design, develop, and deliver learning and development programs in multiple forms as appropriate
