Distribution Learning & Development Director

The Distribution Learning and Development Director will define, create, and implement strategies for the design, implementation and evaluation of the learning and development interventions to help AXA Philippines achieve its business objectives and build its desired culture. Together with the Chief Retail Strategy Officer & the Chief Distribution Officer, he or she will establish, lead, and maintain the frameworks for sales leadership, talent management, and learning strategies- customizing such when necessary.
