Distribution Manager

Position Overview:

Single point of contact for all Supply Chain functions at particular site/region and coordinates with affiliate leaders routinely to solve the organizations logistically challenges. Manages the full range of operations to include distribution, talent management, open orders, work assignments of supply chain personnel, and responsible for established budgets. Motivates staff to conduct proper receiving and unpacking of supplies, rotating of stock and checking for outdates materials and supplies as needed. Routinely assess workload and reassigns supply chain responsibilities, as needed. Establishes and fosters culture of confidence and cooperation across affiliate supervisors, managers, and directors through steady leadership, and exceptional communication.
