**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **DRP Specialist** to manage inventory distribution across our network. This role ensures optimal stock levels at all locations by leveraging DRP methodologies to balance supply and demand efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain **distribution requirements plans** for multiple warehouses and distribution centers.
+ Analyze **forecasted demand** , inventory levels, and lead times to determine replenishment needs.
+ Coordinate with **procurement, production, and logistics teams** to ensure timely stock availability.
+ Monitor **inventory performance metrics** and adjust plans to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
+ Utilize **software/tools (SAP / OMP)** to generate and update distribution schedules.
+ Identify and resolve **distribution bottlenecks** and optimize transportation costs.
+ Prepare **reports and dashboards** for management on inventory and distribution performance.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in **Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field** .
+ 2+ years of experience in **DRP, MRP, or inventory planning** .
+ Strong knowledge of **supply chain principles** and DRP systems.
+ Proficiency in **ERP systems** (SAP etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
+ Excellent **analytical and problem-solving skills** .
+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Experience with **forecasting tools** and **data analysis** .
+ Knowledge of **Lean or Six Sigma principles** .
+ Ability to work in a **fast-paced, dynamic environment** .
